  • Eat avocados !!! They are good for you. So what if they contain "FAT." It's the good kind and you need it.

    This delicious fruit is very nutritious and is excellent food for babies. It contains vitamins A, B1, B2, protein, lecithin, fatty acids, and unsaturated fats making it a wonderful food and it has beneficial external uses too.

    Hair growth - Avocado oil improves hair growth and so does the pulp of the fruit itself.

    Skin - Avocado is great for any skin type. The pulp makes an excellent face mask. The oil can be used neat or as a carrier by itself or blended with other carrier oils.

    Internal

    Research shows that eating avocado helps to lower cholesterol and some consider it aphrodisiac. Could it be that guacamole contributed to the notoriety of "Latin Lovers?"

    Cautions

    The leaves and bark should not be used during pregnancy.
