Hair growth - Avocado oil improves hair growth and so does the pulp of the fruit itself.
Skin - Avocado is great for any skin type. The pulp makes an excellent face mask. The oil can be used neat or as a carrier by itself or blended with other carrier oils.

Research shows that eating avocado helps to lower cholesterol and some consider it aphrodisiac. Could it be that guacamole contributed to the notoriety of "Latin Lovers?"
