THE HYPE - Most herbal businesses on the Internet are just trying to sell you something. Some of them will tell you anything just to get your money. DO NOT fall for the hype. A pure herbal health goal is not always what they are into. This is very sad because most herbalists are pure at heart and mercenary marketers have exploited their herbal information.
Find a source that tries to be accurate and admits when they have made a mistake. That's what we do on this website. We try to be as accurate as possible, but I have been known to make mistakes. No one gets it right all the time. Where herbs are concerned, it is usually best to keep it simple. Synergy is not always accomplished by just putting a bunch of herbs together.
